Join us for Mindful Moments with Jelena Simon, M.S.
Jelena is a licensed therapist and mental health clinical health researcher who will spend some time speaking with us about mindfulness in our every day lives and give us some tips for how to practice it every day.
After the discussion, we will have a one hour guided workshop where we talk about plants for mental health and pot your own to keep. All potting supplies are included to take home a new live plant! (Plants, pots, soil, and accessories) We will also play plant bingo to end the workshop.
